Firstly, I LOVE the cover, it is brilliant and very fitting for Peter Davison's final episode. The episode is also very good and is regarded as one of the greatest doctor who episode. When I first discovered this and got the episode I was expecting a really complicated episode but it wasn't it was just about the doctor going into Caves, getting captured and getting poisoned by a plant and I love it because of this, I HATE complicated episodes but this episode was simple yet had everything a doctor who episode needs and I think this is why it is so successful. This was Peri's second episode as a companion and already her and the doctor's relationship is very good especially when the doctor gives her the last bit of medicine to cure her, sacrificing himself even though he has kind of only just met her. The effects are great as usual and Sharaz Jek's mask and costume is great, I also really like how when we first met Sharaz Jek he is cold and bitter but then we discover he is quite friendly and has an emotional side. One thing I didn't like about the episode was the set's inside the caves, I think they could have done better with that but never mind. Overall a great episode.
